At Sedora, we want your workspace accessories to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as described. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii:

Every domestic order is fully insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost. Insurance is applied automatically to every U.S. order at checkout.

International Shipping — Zone 2 (Rest of World)

For all other countries, we offer shipping via DHL Express Worldwide and FedEx International Connect Plus. Rates are calculated in real time at checkout. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

Shipping Rate Calculation

All international rates are calculated live at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and dimensions. The full shipping cost is displayed before you confirm payment — no surprises.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Sedora has no control over customs policies and is not liable for customs clearance delays.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of dispatch. For international orders, tracking may transfer to the destination country's local postal service for final-mile delivery.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Domestic orders: Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. All U.S. orders are fully insured — we will file a claim and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International orders: Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Please retain all original packaging and photograph any damage to assist with the carrier claims process.

Packages marked as delivered: Check with neighbors and your building's mail area first, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If still unresolved, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

Refused & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or is refused by the recipient, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees. If you prefer not to have the order re-shipped, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus original and return shipping charges.

Address Changes After Ordering

Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched. Contact us immediately at contact@sedora.store or +1 (215) 864-7924. After dispatch, changes must be made directly with the carrier.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During major U.S. holidays and peak retail seasons, processing and delivery times may extend beyond standard estimates. We recommend placing orders at least 10–14 business days ahead of important dates during peak periods.
