We stand behind every product in the Sedora collection. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right. This policy outlines your full rights and options for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests received after 30 days cannot be accepted unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition — not assembled, installed, or altered — and include all original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories. Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification caused after delivery may be subject to a partial refund or declined.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items clearly marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards and store credit
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been used, assembled, modified, or damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at contact@sedora.store with your order number, the item(s) to return, your reason, and photographs if the item is defective or damaged. We respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving an RMA from us.

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders: Sedora covers all return shipping and provides a prepaid U.S. label at no cost to you.
- Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked, insured service — Sedora is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- International returns: International customers bear full responsibility for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 2–3 business days and notify you by email. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for an alternative product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Contact us at contact@sedora.store with your order number and the item you want instead. If the replacement is out of stock, we issue a full refund.
Defective & Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the damage and outer packaging, and a description of the issue. We will resolve the matter with a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Contact us immediately at contact@sedora.store or call +1 (215) 864-7924. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible — the order must be returned following delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days from approval: (1) re-check your bank account including pending transactions; (2) contact your credit card company; (3) contact your bank. If still unresolved, email contact@sedora.store and we will investigate immediately.
